Operator and privacy contact
Jordan Lovelle operates jordanlovelle.com from Ballarat, Victoria and is responsible for the handling described in this policy. The contracting party for paid work is the party identified in the accepted quote, proposal, invoice or written agreement.
Privacy questions, requests and complaints can be sent to hello@jordanlovelle.com. Please do not email passwords, private keys or unnecessary sensitive records.
Information collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected service and message. Business, website and timing are normally optional. The stable service values are web_design, web_development, support, ai_opportunity_map, ai_workflow_sprint, practical_ai_training, managed_ai_ops, private_tools, employment_cv and other.
When Support is selected, the form also requires an acknowledgement that Support is A$120/hour + GST, billed with a one-hour minimum and then in 15-minute increments, with no emergency-response SLA. Do not send passwords, private keys or sensitive client information through a public form.
When the AI Opportunity Map is selected, the form also requires the business or organisation, a description of the repeated task, a separate description of the desired better result, acknowledgement of the fixed A$1,195 + GST review price and a separate acknowledgement not to include passwords, private keys or sensitive client information. The safeguards and Melbourne pages use the Map service and confirmation path because they are a resource and location route rather than extra commercial offers.
The form always records the selected service, originating brand, originating service page where applicable, notice version, browser choice and submission time needed to receive and manage the enquiry. If optional measurement is accepted, it may also record the landing page, referrer, first-touch time and campaign values such as UTM parameters, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID and MSCLKID.
Name, email and the main project description are required so the enquiry can be identified and answered. Fields marked optional may be left blank. If the required fields are not supplied, the form cannot be sent; direct email remains available.
How the information is used
Your information is used to receive and respond to enquiries, assess fit, prepare or deliver agreed work, maintain business and security records, handle privacy requests and troubleshoot the form. Optional attribution and event information is used only when the browser has accepted measurement.
Submitting an AI, automation or private-tool enquiry does not send the message to an AI provider. If later project work may use another provider or live business information, the provider, account, permitted purpose, information fields, access, human checks, retention, deletion and fallback are separately discussed and scoped first.
An accepted submission receives a non-identifying lead reference and starts as a Raw lead. Private lead records are stored in WordPress for follow-up and measurement review. These records are not public and are automatically deleted after 24 months unless deleted earlier.
When optional measurement was accepted and a Google click identifier was captured, a reviewed lead-stage update may be imported to Google Ads through Google Data Manager. Those imports use the click identifier, event time, stage and reconciled value needed for measurement; they do not include form contact details or message text. Raw submissions remain secondary and are not used as a bidding goal.
Storage, retention and security
Enquiries are held in a private WordPress lead record on the production host and may also be delivered to the configured business mailbox. Hosting, email-delivery, security, backup and support providers may process the minimum information needed for their role. Access is limited to authorised administration and service accounts, with HTTPS and ordinary account, backup and logging controls used for the site.
The private WordPress lead record has an automatic 24-month deletion schedule. Related email, backup, security-log, client, invoice and project copies follow their operational, contractual, tax, dispute, security or provider-retention purpose and may expire on a different schedule. A deletion request is applied to active copies where reasonably possible; rotating backups may retain a protected copy until it expires and should not be restored except for recovery.
CV and collaboration material is kept separately from paid-service acquisition records and reviewed for deletion when the request is closed or no continuing relationship is being considered. Privacy-request records may be retained as evidence that the request was handled.
Analytics, advertising and reCAPTCHA
Optional Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads tags, campaign storage and browser events do not load or run until you choose “Allow analytics”. Choosing “No analytics” keeps the site and enquiry form available without those optional tools. The choice is stored for up to 180 days and can be changed from “Privacy settings” in the footer.
If measurement is accepted, first-party campaign attribution is retained in the browser for up to 90 days and Google may process technical identifiers, usage and event information under its own terms. The site does not intentionally put contact details or free-text enquiry content into analytics events.
Forms may use Google reCAPTCHA as a security and spam-prevention control. reCAPTCHA can process request, browser and device information even when optional measurement is declined; Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.
Providers and overseas processing
The site uses WordPress and its production hosting, configured email delivery and security services, and may use Google services including reCAPTCHA and, after measurement consent, Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads measurement. Provider infrastructure and support can process information outside Australia. Exact processing locations can vary by service, account configuration, routing and provider terms.
Providers are used for their defined role and should not receive more enquiry or project information than that role requires. A project that needs another provider, AI service or live client information is separately scoped before information is connected.
Service and project boundaries
Jordan Lovelle offers the website, AI workflow, automation, training, private-tool and support services described on this site. Service selection and the originating service page stay attached to the Jordan lead record so a resource or location page is not mistaken for a separate offer.
Project and product names shown in the Work section identify the systems being demonstrated. They do not transfer your enquiry to another brand, product or system. Any referral to another provider must be explained and agreed before information is shared.
CV and collaboration information
CV and collaboration requests use a separate email address and are not treated as paid-service leads or Google Ads acquisition conversions. Only information needed to answer that request should be sent.
Direct marketing
A project enquiry does not subscribe you to a general marketing list. If a separate direct-marketing message is ever sent, it must identify the sender and provide a practical way to opt out. An opt-out request will be honoured and will not be treated as a sales conversion.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You can ask what submitted information is held, request a copy, ask for a correction or deletion, withdraw optional measurement for future visits, or raise a complaint by emailing hello@jordanlovelle.com. Reasonable identity checks may be required before information is disclosed or changed.
A privacy complaint will be acknowledged as soon as practical, normally within seven days, and a substantive response is targeted within 30 days. If more time is reasonably needed, the reason and expected next step will be explained. Available regulator or external-review rights are not restricted.
